The duties of all elected or appointed officials and employees of the Village shall be prescribed by the applicable Wisconsin Statutes pertaining to Village officials and such additional duties and responsibilities as set from time to time by the Village Board.

The compensation of all elected officials shall be as determined by the Village Board, provided salaries and compensation rates of elected officials shall not be increased or reduced during their terms of office.
