[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Denmark 3-20-2017 by Ord. No. 2017-01. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Village of Denmark hereby adopts fee schedules for existing ordinances of the Village of Denmark. Updated fee schedules that shall be adopted contemporaneous with the adoption of this chapter are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference.[1]
Editor's Note: Exhibit "A" is on file at the office of the Village Clerk.
The Village of Denmark hereby authorizes changes to the fee schedules adopted herein from time to time as the Village Board deems necessary without the need to amend the ordinance providing for the imposition of fees, and all fees contained in prior ordinances are hereby repealed and replaced by the fee schedules attached hereto as Exhibit "A."[2]
Editor's Note: Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II).
The ordinances for which the fee schedules apply include but are not limited to those for land use and development, alcohol and tobacco sales, various licenses and permits as shall be necessary for the maintenance and operation of Village activities, bicycle licenses, dog licenses, direct seller permits, pool table permits, mobile home permits, bowling alley permit fees, swimming pool passes, trailshead access fees, snow removal or grass cutting required by the Village, background check(s) and other licensing inquires for which a fee is required and such other fees as may be authorized. The specific ordinances imposing fees identified in this chapter are not intended to be exhaustive, and to the extent ordinances are passed by the Village for which fees are applicable, imposition of fees shall be authorized in the ordinance with the amount of the fee to be included in the applicable fee schedule which shall be updated from time to time as may be determined by the Village.
