1. No person shall post, affix or place in any manner any sign, bill,
placard, notice or any other like pieces, either written or printed,
upon any tree lawn, sidewalk, fence, wall, post, pole, tree, curbstone,
curb, lamppost, driveway and apron. Nor shall any person post, affix
or place the same upon any part of any building in the Borough without
the proper permits.
2. Any person and/or the properly owner violating any provision of this
Part shall be sentenced to a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated
shall constitute a separate offense.
3. The officers of the Police Department shall enforce this Part.
