1. 
The Borough Council of Renovo will hereafter utilize the services of an Independent Auditor to examine and audit all accounts whatsoever in which the Borough is concerned, by which action, in accordance with the Borough Code.
2. 
This Independent Auditor shall be a certified public accountant, registered in Pennsylvania, or a firm of certified public accountants so registered, or a competent public accountant or a competent firm of public accountants.
3. 
The Independent Auditor shall have the power and the duty to make an independent examination and audit of all such accounting records of the Borough of Renovo for the fiscal year in which he/she is appointed, and he/she shall also perform all the other duties and exercise all the powers conferred upon him/her by the Borough Code.

The compensation of the Independent Auditor shall be determined by Borough Council and paid out of Borough funds.
5. 
The Independent Auditor shall be appointed annually before the close of the fiscal year, by resolution of Council.

The position of Renovo Borough Ordinance Officer of the Borough of Renovo is hereby established.

The Renovo Borough Ordinance Officer shall be employed by Borough Council, shall be chosen in a manner, at the time and for the hours and term as described by Borough Council and shall work under the supervision of the Borough Council. He or she has a duty and shall be empowered to enforce any ordinance including parking ordinances in the Borough of Renovo and, in addition to the regular Borough Police, to issue citations for the violation of any parking ordinance and/or parking law in the Borough. In addition to the above-stated powers and duties, he or she shall perform any other such duties as Borough Council by ordinance or resolution shall require. The Enforcement Officer shall serve as such officer as determined by Borough Council. He or she shall receive an annual salary or, in the alternative, an hourly rate of pay as determined by Council.
