There shall be a community college within the County known as
the "Dutchess Community College," which shall be administered by the
County Legislature and the Board of Trustees of Dutchess Community
College pursuant to the provisions of the Education Law.
The County Legislature and the Board of Trustees of Dutchess
Community College shall have all the powers and perform all the duties
of administration as provided by law.
