Town of Urbana, NY Article II Town Supervisor's Term of Office

§ 16-5 Legislative authority.

Pursuant to § 10, Subdivision 1, Paragraph (ii)(a)(1), of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, the Town Board of the Town of Urbana does hereby enact the following article.

§ 16-6 Change in term of office; effective date.

The term of office for the Town Supervisor of the Town of Urbana, Steuben County, New York, shall be changed from two years to four years, effective with the term of office commencing on January 1, 2004.
