The County of Dutchess is hereby authorized to conduct off-track pari-mutuel betting within the County of Dutchess and to request the New York State Off-Track Pari-Mutuel Betting Commission to approve the County of Dutchess as a participating municipality.
This chapter is authorized pursuant to the terms of Article V-a, § 518 et seq., of the Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law.
