Every owner of real estate within the Township, who rents, leases
or causes to be occupied, any parcel of real estate in whole or in
part, to or by any other person or persons, shall file with the Secretary
of the Township a certified list of all person(s) who rented or occupied
real estate from the said owner or under the authority of the owner
during the preceding six months. Said list shall include the name
and last known address of each adult who resided in said rented real
estate for all or a portion of said six-month period. The list shall
be filed semi-annual, the deadlines for said semi-annual filing being
May 31, and November 30, of each and every calendar year.

For the purpose of this Part, the fact that the owner of real estate rents, leases or permits to be occupied any property for minimal or no rental to another person shall not exclude or exempt said owner from filing the certified list required in §
11-101 above.

Every owner of real estate who fails to so comply with the requirements
of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before
a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement
of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure,
shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated
shall constitute a separate offense. For the purpose of this Part,
every day that an owner of real estate is late in filing said certified
list as required above shall constitute a separate offense.

No person or persons, firm or corporation shall move or cause
to be moved to any place within the Township or from any place therein
to another place therein or beyond the limits thereof any household
goods or other goods, wares or merchandise in bulk, without first
securing from the Secretary of the Township a permit for such moving
or transportation.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation requiring such a
permit for such moving or transportation of household goods or other
goods, wares or merchandise in bulk, shall make application to the
Secretary of the Township setting forth his, her, their or its name
and address, the name or names of the reputed owner or owners of the
property to be moved or transported, the address or location from
which the property is to be moved or transported and the address or
location to which the property is to be moved or transported.

The Secretary of the Township shall, upon application being made as provided in §
11-202 hereof, issue a permit on payment of a fee in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, which permit shall set forth the name or names of the permittee or permittees, the name or names of the reputed owner or owners of the property to be moved or transported, the address or location from which the property is to be moved or transported and the address or location to which the property is to be moved or transported.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating the provisions
of this Part or furnishing false information to the Secretary of the
Township in connection with any application for permit hereunder,
upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a magisterial
district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary
offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall
be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs of all
legal proceedings and be paid for the general use of the Township
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated
shall constitute a separate offense.
