All those parcels or tracts of land situate wholly or partly within the following boundary:
Beginning at a point lying distant, 400 feet southerly from the intersection of West Street with Tatamy Road, (L.R. 48025): thence northwardly 2,500 feet more or less to a point, lying 400 feet north of Fifth Street: thence parallel to and 400 feet north of said Fifth Street, eastwardly 800 feet more or less; thence southerly, 2,500 feet more or less to a point lying 400 feet south of the first mentioned Tatamy Road, (L.R. 40025); thence 400 feet south and parallel to said Tatamy Road, westwardly 1200 feet more or less to the point and place of beginning.
The foregoing is shown on a map or plan which will constitute a part of the ordinance and map or plan shall be available for inspection at the office of the Township Secretary.

1. 
The Supervisors and officers are hereby authorized and empowered to incur all proper and necessary expenses to:
A. 
Obtain more complete information concerning the Water District and, if necessary, divide said Water District and to better locate and define the Water District or Districts hereby created.
B. 
Negotiate with the Blue Mountain Water Company for the purpose of furnishing and supplying water to the said District and to enter into a contract or contracts with the Blue Mountain Water Company or with any other, corporation, partnership, person or persona for the purpose of purchasing materials and providing labor for the laying of water lines and providing for a supply of water for public or private uses in said Water District.
C. 
Determine the frontage of the various property owners on the various roads and streets within the said Water District and to make assessments against said property owners according to law.
D. 
Borrow such sum or sums of money within the legal borrowing capacity of the Township as is necessary to finance the providing for a supply of water in said Water District, all sums so borrowed and expended in said Water District, including the financing costs, as well as all other expenses are to be charged to the cost of providing the supply of water in said Water District which costs will be assessed as aforestated.
E. 
Fully and effectively furnish water or water service to tho property owners within said District or Districts according to law.
