You have a delinquent account payable to the Township of Carroll in the amount of $ ________ for _____________________________________ (describe basis for the indebtedness). You are hereby notified that if you do not pay the balance of the delinquent account in full within 30 days from service of this notice, the Township of Carroll will assign collection of this account to the Township Solicitor for collection. Once this matter is turned over to the Township Solicitor, you will be required to pay all costs and attorney fees incurred in the collection of the account. Furthermore, your failure to pay the principal balance of the account, together with applicable interest and costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, may result in a lien being entered against your property, resulting in a possible Sheriff's Sale. If you wish to avoid paying attorneys' fees and other costs of collect, you must pay your account in full within 30 days from the date you are served with this notice. |
