As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
Those areas between Village sidewalks and curbs, or, where there are no sidewalks, the area within the street right-of-way outside the paved street.

A.
Debris. Property owners shall keep the street margin in front of their property free of all debris.
B.
Poles. No poles shall be placed in street margins without written permission from the Public Works Superintendent.
C.
Trees. Property owners are responsible for trimming shade trees in the street margins in front of their property.
