Village of East Syracuse, NY Chapter 72 Planning Board

§ 72-1 Membership; appointments.

The Planning Board has seven members, one appointed by the Village Board each year to a seven-year term.

§ 72-2 Duties.

The Planning Board's duties also include:

A. Amendments to Chapter 340, Zoning:

(1) Recommending: § 52-1.

(2) Reviewing and reporting on proposed: § 52-2.

B. Building permits:[1]

(1) Multiple dwellings: § 811.23.

(2) Review of nonresidential fencing: § 811.24.

(1) Decennial review: § 340-9C(10).
