After the effective date of this Part, it shall be unlawful for any person to place snow or ice from property occupied by such person onto the cartway or travel portion of any public road or street in the Township or to cause or permit another to commit such acts by any means whatsoever, including the operation of a snowplow, snowblower or other device.

It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct the cartway or travel portion of any public road or public street in the Township by any means, including the parking or abandoning of any motor vehicle, trailer, machinery or other contrivance on the travel portion or cartway of any public street or road. The Police Department servicing Wrightstown Township shall have the authority to remove any such obstructions.

Any person who violates the provisions of this Part or permits or directs another to violate the provisions of this Part shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense. The Township Roadmaster or other employee having within the scope of his/her duties to snowplow the public roads of the Township shall have the authority to bring an action to enforce this Part.
