The elected Tax Collector is hereby appointed as the municipal officer authorized to provide tax certifications upon request by the public, and said Tax Collector is hereby authorized to assess and collect compensation for providing such services and such fees as the Township Board of Supervisors shall approve by this Part and subsequently modify by resolution.

1. 
There shall be a fee for preparing and providing by mail or otherwise a real estate tax certification for any single tax parcel within the Township of Wrightstown of $45.
2. 
This fee may be modified at any time in the future by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
