A stop sign shall be posted at the
following intersections listed below and so placed in such a manner
as to be clearly visible to the traffic being required to stop before
entering said intersection. The driver of a vehicle shall stop in
obedience at a stop sign at an intersection where said stop sign is
erected and also shall proceed, cautiously yielding to the vehicles
not so obliged to stop which are within the intersection or approaching
so closely as to constitute an immediate hazard.

Upon the erection of suitable and
customary stop signs at the intersection of the private driveway at
the north edge of the property occupied by the Covel D. Searcy Elementary
School and Olive Street, all traffic approaching that intersection
upon Olive Street from both the south and north shall stop and thereafter
yield to suitable signs of customary shape and color, and all traffic
approaching the intersection of the private driveway serving the Gallatin
R-V High School from both the north and the south shall stop and thereafter
yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk during the hours of 7:30 A.M.
to 8:30 A.M. and 2:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.

In accordance with Section 335.030 and when signs are posted giving notice thereof drivers of vehicles shall yield at every intersection before entering any of the following streets or parts of streets:

Highway No. 13 westbound shall yield
to traffic traveling on Lee Street.
