Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.2, the Cat Licensing Code of New
Jersey, 1987, heretofore approved by the New Jersey State Department
of Health and as may be hereafter amended or supplemented, is hereby
adopted by reference in its entirety.
All references to "jurisdiction," as set forth in the Cat Licensing
Code of New Jersey, 1987, shall mean the Township of Verona.
Fees for the licensing of cats shall be as set forth in Chapter
A565, Fees, of the Code of the Township of Verona, as may be from time to time amended by the Verona governing body.
All licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on
September 30 of each year.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter
1, Article
II, General Penalty, of the Township Code.
