Mobile home parks shall conform to the following standards as
well as to other applicable standards in this chapter.
Mobile home parks shall be planned as a unit, and the tract
shall be in single ownership or under unified control.
Tiedowns must comply with the minimum standards of local, state,
or federal regulations.
The street system shall be designed in accordance with §§
195-803 and
195-804 of this chapter.
Driveways shall be designed in accordance with §
195-805 of this chapter.
Motor vehicle parking facilities shall be provided in accordance with §
195-806 of this chapter.
Pedestrian and bicycle facilities shall be provided in accordance with §
195-807 of this chapter.
Lots and blocks shall be designed in accordance with §§
195-808 and
195-809 of this chapter, respectively.
Sanitary sewers shall be designed in accordance with §§
195-810 and
195-812 of this chapter.
Water supply systems shall be designed in accordance with §
195-811 and §
195-812 of this chapter.
Stormwater management facilities shall be designed in accordance with §
195-813 of this chapter.
Soil erosion and sedimentation control facilities shall be designed in accordance with §
195-814 of this chapter.
Grading shall be in accordance with §
195-815 of this chapter.
Natural features shall be protected in accordance with §
195-816 of this chapter.
The landscaping shall be designed in accordance with §
195-817 of this chapter.
The buffer area shall be designed in accordance with §
195-818 of this chapter.
The recreational areas shall be designed in accordance with §
195-819 of this chapter.
Utility systems shall be provided in accordance with §§
195-820 and
195-821 of this chapter.
Retaining walls shall be provided in accordance with §
195-822 of this chapter.
