on the 1 hand, and Shrewsbury Borough and Shrewsbury Borough Municipal
Authority, on the other hand, dated as of June 1, 1990, whereby public
sewer service is to be provided to certain areas and/or customers
in Hopewell Township; setting forth the terms and conditions for the
providing of such public sewer service; providing for the payment
of the costs thereof; authorizing and directing the execution and
delivery of said agreements on behalf of the Township; and authorizing
and directing other necessary and proper action
