As used in this Article, the following terms mean:
DEVIATE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE
Any sexual act involving the genitals of one (1) person and
the mouth, hand, tongue, or anus of another person; or any act involving
the penetration, however slight, of the penis, the female genitalia,
or the anus by a finger, instrument, or object done for the purpose
of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of any person or for the
purpose of terrorizing the victim.
SEXUAL CONDUCT
Sexual intercourse, deviate sexual intercourse, or sexual
contact.
SEXUAL CONTACT
Any touching of another person with the genitals or any touching
of the genitals or anus of another person or the breast of a female
person, or such touching through the clothing, for the purpose of
arousing or gratifying sexual desire of any person or for the purpose
of terrorizing the victim.
SOMETHING OF VALUE
Any money or property, or any token, object or article exchangeable
for money or property.
A person commits the offense of prostitution if he or she engages
in or offers or agrees to engage in sexual conduct with another person
in return for something of value to be received by any person.
Any person who, while being conveyed through or about this City
in any hack, streetcar, taxicab, bus or any other public conveyance
or who, while in any public place, shall use indecent or profane language
or shall curse or swear or who shall be guilty of offensive or disorderly
conduct shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation.
It shall be unlawful for any establishment regardless of whether
it is a public or private facility to operate a massage parlor, bath
parlor or any similar type business where any physical contact with
the recipient of such services is provided by person of the opposite
sex; this Section shall not apply to a physician, surgeon, chiropractor,
osteopath, State licensed massage therapist or physical therapist
duly licensed by the State or to a licensed nurse acting under the
direct prescription and direction of any such physician, surgeon,
chiropractor or osteopath; also this Section shall not apply to barbershops
or beauty parlors in which massage is given to the scalp, face, the
neck or the shoulders.
