§ 67-8 Duties.

The Village Engineer's duties include:

A. Sewers:

(1) Acceptance of private: § 277-5I(1).

(2) Approving specifications for extensions: § 277-6H.

(3) Inspecting private: § 277-4E(4).

(4) Requiring information on permits: § 277-4B(1).
