Pursuant to C.G.S. § 8-1c and § 22a-42a(e), the Inland Wetlands Agency is authorized to charge the following application, review and inspection fees:

B.
The fees set forth above are the minimum application fees required. When the actual cost of processing an application exceeds the minimum application fee, including but not limited to the hiring of professional services, the Agency shall charge the applicant an appropriate surcharge fee to fund the actual cost of processing the application. The applicant will be informed that there will be a surcharge, and it will be documented in the file.
C.
State land use fee. If the State of Connecticut changes the DEEP land use permit surcharge fee (currently $58), these fees shall adjust automatically to include the new state surcharge fee with no loss of revenue to the Town of Bethlehem.
