Town of Woodbury, CT Article II General Penalty

[Adopted as Ch. 1, § 1-8, of the Town Code; amended in its entirety 5-21-2018]

§ 1-3 Penalties for offenses.

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate or fail to comply with any provision of this Code, and where no specific penalty is provided therein, the violation of any provision of this Code shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250. Each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
