It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, upon obtaining a license as provided in Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law, to conduct games of chance within the Town of Ogden, subject to the provisions of this chapter, Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law and the New York State Racing and Wagering Board.
The conduct of games of chance on Sunday is only permitted when it is specifically provided for in the license issued. No games of chance, however, shall be conducted on Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur.

The Chief of Police of the Town of Ogden shall exercise control over and supervision of all games of chance.
