§ 15-920 Parking for Fire Chief's Vehicle.

Upon request, the Fire Chief of Leo Independent Fire Company No. 1 shall be entitled to have a parking space in front of the Chief's residence, or as close thereto as is practicable, designated as "special parking for the Fire Chief's vehicle only." This space shall be for the exclusive parking of an emergency vehicle, as defined in the Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The space shall be designated by the posting of signs designating the location of the space as being for "Parking for Fire Chief."

§ 15-921 Parking for Principal and Assistant Principal.

The principal and assistant principal of the Red Lion Area Senior High School shall each have a designated parking space on Horace Mann Avenue in front of the Red Lion Senior High School.

The spaces shall be designated by the posting of signs designating the location of the spaces as being for "Parking for Principal" and "Parking for Assistant Principal."

§ 15-922 Schedule XIX: Snow Emergency Routes.

The following streets shall be and are hereby established as snow emergency routes:

East and West Broadway.

§ 15-923 Schedule XX: Parking Meter Zones.

On-street Parking Meter Zones. Parking or standing a vehicle in a parking meter space in the on-street parking meter zones described below shall be lawful during the hours specified only upon the deposit of such amount as is indicated for each specified period of time:

Off-street Parking Meter Zones. Parking or standing a vehicle in a parking meter space in the off-street parking meter zones described below shall be lawful only when not in excess of the maximum parking time indicated during the hours of operation specified, on all days except Sundays and holidays, and only upon the deposit of such amount as is indicated for each specified period of time:

§ 15-924 Schedule XXI: Municipal Parking Lots.

In accordance with the provisions of § 15-701, the following areas are hereby designated as municipal parking lots:

Red Lion Municipal Lot No. 1 (West Broadway and South Main Street, adjoining Lion Pharmacy).

Red Lion Municipal Lot No. 2 (First Avenue Lot).

§ 15-925 Schedule XXII: Fairmount Park and Library Parking Lots.

The provisions and regulations applicable to municipal parking lots found in Part 7 and Part 8 of this chapter shall also apply to the following parking lots:

The parking lot in Fairmount Park between the water tank and the community building.

The parking lot immediately adjacent to the library.

§ 15-926 Schedule XXIII: No Parking During Scheduled Street Sweeping.

In accordance with the provisions of § 15-311, parking is prohibited along the entire length on the following streets between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. during the second full week of April, June, September, and November on the day indicated due to scheduled street sweeping:

§ 15-927 Schedule XXIV: West Broadway Parking Lot.

Except as expressly provided herein, all requirements and regulations set forth in Part 6, Metered Parking (§§ 15-601 through 15-608), shall be applicable to vehicles parked in this lot.

Maximum parking shall be four hours.

Parking after established hours shall be prohibited, and all requirements and regulations set forth in Part 4, Removal and Impounding of Certain Vehicles (§§ 15-401 through 15-407), shall be applicable to vehicles parked in this lot.

Types and location of metering and costs shall be as set forth from time to time by resolution of the Red Lion Borough Council.

The Red Lion Borough Council and the Mayor of Red Lion shall retain the authority to designate free parking on certain holidays and holiday periods and to permit free parking during snow emergencies for designated periods.
