The provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey are made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking lots at the Berkshire Hills Condominiums located in the Township of Denville, County of Morris. The following regulations shall be enforced on said property:
A. 
General parking.
(1) 
All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
(2) 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below:

Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's expense.
F. 
Installation of signs, posts, etc. All signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed and paid for by Berkshire Hills Condominium Association, Inc. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and 39:4-183.27.
G. 
Penalty. Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
H. 
Effect of regulations. If any part of this regulation is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of the regulation.

The following regulations shall be enforced on said property:
A. 
General parking.
(1) 
All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
(2) 
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and/or parking lots at the Summit Bancorp property located at 6 Bloomfield Avenue in the Township of Denville other than in designated areas.
B. 
Parking for persons with disabilities. There shall be designated parking areas for persons who have been issued parking permits for persons with disabilities by the Division of Motor Vehicles, and signs shall be erected setting forth the penalties for violations pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198.
C. 
Traffic flow. The following signs shall be installed consistent with Summit Bancorp's approved site plan which is on file with the Township of Denville:
(1) 
One do not enter sign.
(2) 
One stop sign.
(3) 
One no left turn sign.
D. 
Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's expense.
E. 
Installation of signs, posts, etc. All signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be installed consistent with Summit Bancorp's approved site plan which is on file with the Township of Denville, and shall be paid for by Summit Bancorp. G. 
The applicant shall provide and install all signs, posts or other necessary materials. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and 39:4-183.27. The applicant shall, subsequent to the initial procurement and installation, maintain such signs and pavement markings in good condition at no cost or expense to the Township of Denville.
H. 
Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by the New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.

A. 
The provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey are made applicable to the driveways and parking lots at 3000 Route 10 West located in the Township of Denville, County of Morris, and that the following regulations shall be enforceable on said property.
B. 
The site plan of the foregoing property as required by the New Jersey Department of Transportation has been received. (The site plan is on file in the office of the Township Clerk.)
C. 
The Municipal Council of the Township of Denville deems that enforcement of traffic regulations on the aforesaid property will benefit all the citizens of the Township.
D. 
The Police Department of Denville Township and other law enforcement agencies be and the same are hereby empowered to enforce the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey and the following regulations:
(1) 
General parking. All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided.
(2) 
Parking for persons with disabilities. All stalls shall be eight feet wide as shown on the attached site plan and signed with the R7-8 and R7-8P (reserved parking sign and penalty plate) in the designated parking areas for persons who have been issued the parking permits for persons with disabilities by the Motor Vehicle Commission. (The site plan is on file in the office of the Township Clerk.)
(3) 
Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing so as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exitways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or to present in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
(4) 
Penalty. Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by New Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this chapter or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
(5) 
Appropriate signs, posts or other necessary materials shall be erected by the owner consistent with the owner's approved site plan which is on file with the Township of Denville, and shall be paid for by the owner. All signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and 39:4-183.27.
