B. Failure of the Planning Board to act within the period prescribed
shall constitute approval and a certificate of the Township Clerk
as to the failure of the Planning Board to act shall be issued on
request of the applicant and it shall be sufficient in lieu of the
written endorsement or other evidence of approval, herein required,
and shall be so accepted by the Morris County Recording Officer for
purposes of filing subdivision plats. The applicant shall be notified
of the Planning Board's action within one week of its action.
Whenever review or approval of an application by the Morris

Planning Board by its failure to report thereon within the required
time period.
If the scheduled time of the Planning Board meeting allows insufficient
time for the Board to reach a determination regarding action on an

shall be requested to consent to an extension of time. Failure of
the applicant to consent to such extension of time shall constitute
adequate grounds for denial of the application.
[Amended by Ord. No. 9-81]
Prior to returning the approved plat or site plan to the applicant,
the applicant shall submit sufficient copies to the Secretary of the
Planning Board in order to furnish a copy to each of the following:

said application is made.
