The Borough Council of the Borough of Parkside wishes to establish a new fee schedule for the privilege of obtaining various municipal permits, licenses, applications, reports and documents from the Borough.

The attached fee schedule[1] is hereby adopted, assessed, imposed and levied effective immediately. All ordinances whereinbefore adopted and applicable hereto are hereby amended to conform herewith.

The fee schedules attached to Ord. Nos. 515 and 538 included fees appearing in Chs. 53, 63, 74, 89, 111, 119 and/or 131.
The Borough Council shall be empowered to amend the attached fee schedule[1] from time to time for the privilege of obtaining municipal permits, licenses, applications, reports and documents in the Borough of Parkside through the adoption of a resolution.
