Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provisions
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine
of not less than $200 nor more than $1,000 plus costs of prosecution
and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
for a term not to exceed 30 days. The costs shall include, without
limitation, any court filing fees, and the effective date of the notice
that a violation continues after due notice has been served, in accordance
with the terms and provisions hereof, shall be deemed a separate offense.
