1. The regular meetings of the Board of Commissioners shall be held
at 8:30 p.m., on the first and third Wednesday of each month. The
Board of Commissioners holds a workshop at 7:00 p.m., on the first
Wednesday and third Wednesday of each month, immediately preceding
the regular meetings. All meetings, and executive sessions shall be
held at the Township Community and Municipal Center, 98 South Enola
Drive, Pennsylvania, unless such other place shall be designated.
2. In the event the Commissioners desire to re-schedule a given monthly
meeting, it may be re-scheduled to another date provided notice shall
be given by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the
Township once a week for two consecutive weeks prior to the re-scheduled
meeting and by posting notice on the door of the Township building.

All manner of business may be transacted at a regular meeting
and at any meeting to which the regular meeting is adjourned. Special
meetings shall be called by the Secretary at the request of the President
of the Board of Commissioners and likewise shall be called by the
Secretary at the written request of, a majority of the members of
the Board of Commissioners. The Secretary may use his own judgment
as to the manner of calling special meetings, but in all, cases at
least 12 hours' notice must be given. Only items mentioned in
the call shall be considered at a special meeting. The provisions
of this section shall remain in force unless and until changed by
motion from time to time by a majority vote of the whole number of
Commissioners, either at the organization meeting or at any other
meeting.

Where notices are required by law or ordinance, they may be
served in any manner prescribed by law or ordinance, and where there
is no provision for the serving of notices, then notices may be served
by any police officer of the Township or by the Township Secretary.

The conduct of the business of the Board of Commissioners shall
be governed by "Robert's Rules of Order." Provided, the President
shall submit the question on any motion which is not carried unanimously
by polling the members of the Board of Commissioners and directing
the Secretary to record the yeas and nays in the minutes. In case
of a tie vote, resulting from polling the members in the manner provided
herein, the President shall cast the deciding vote.
