The Township Manager shall have authority to grant to bona fide civic or community groups, organizations or associations permission for use of the meeting room in the Township building on dates and at times which are not in conflict with any scheduled or planned meeting of the Board of Commissioners.

The street maintenance, repair and construction equipment and vehicles of the Township, and all other vehicles of the Township, shall not be used for any purpose that is not related directly to the official business and affairs of the Township; or to such other business or affairs that may be authorized by the Board of Commissioners of East Pennsboro Township.

Township equipment and vehicles shall be garaged in the garage provided and designated for the purpose by the Board of Township Commissioners except when being repaired or when being used in connection with the official business of the Township. Provided, however, the road roller and/or road grader may be stationed temporarily at a work site or project where the circumstances and conditions permit employees to exercise adequate safety and appropriate storage measures, which measures shall have been placed in effect.
