General Ordinances). Amendments noted where applicable.]
In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.2, and
pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:57-1.11, model rules establishing isolation
and quarantine measures and fixing penalties for violation are hereby
adopted by reference.
The model rules established and adopted by this chapter are
described and commonly known as the "Quarantine and Isolation - Model
Rules for Local Boards of Health" as codified at N.J.A.C. 8:57-1,
Appendix B.
Three copies of said model rules have been placed on file in
the Township Health Department upon the introduction of this chapter
and will remain on file in said office for the use and examination
by the public.
