Article IV Site-Specific Redevelopment Plan – Block 1900, Lot 8

§ 83-18 Incorporation of whereas clauses.

The aforementioned recitals are incorporated herein as though fully set forth at length.[1]

The Redevelopment Plan titled "Site-Specific Redevelopment Plan - Block 1900, Lot 8," with an initial date of September 6, 2016, is hereby adopted pursuant to the terms of N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7 of the Local Redevelopment Housing Law. Further, the redevelopment plan shall amend, replace and supersede any prior redevelopment plans with respect to the property.[1]

§ 83-20 Zoning Map amendment.

The Zoning District Map in the Zoning Ordinance of the Township is hereby amended to include the boundaries described in the redevelopment plan and the provisions therein.
