There is hereby established within the Borough of Liberty a
curfew for persons under the age of 18. No person under the age of
18 shall be permitted to be on the public streets and areas within
the Borough after the curfew hours unless accompanied by a parent
or guardian. Proof of age shall be provided by possession of photo
identification, which establishes the person's age.

The curfew is established for 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. for
the entire year.

1. Any person found guilty of violating the terms of this Part shall
be subject to the following fines and penalty:
B. Second offense — the imposition of a fine not to exceed $200.
C. Third offense — the imposition of a fine not to exceed $1,000.

A parent or guardian of a person under the age of 18 years who
is found guilty of violating the terms of this Part shall be held
responsible for the payment of the fine imposed for the violation
hereof by the child under the age of 18 years.
