Council for the Borough of Sharpsburg hereby appoints the locally
elected Tax Collector as the municipal officer authorized to provide
real estate tax certifications upon request by the public.

Council for the Borough of Sharpsburg authorizes the locally
elected Tax Collector to collect and retain, as compensation for services
rendered, a fee of an amount to be determined from time to time by
resolution of Borough Council for each real estate tax certification
requested. Council for the Borough of Sharpsburg hereby further authorizes
the locally elected Tax Collector of the Borough of Sharpsburg to
collect and retain a fee in an amount to be determined from time to
time by resolution of Borough Council for each tax memo bill presented
by the taxpayer or agent thereof as compensation to said Tax Collector
for additional services rendered in order to prepare and collect payment
of Borough real estate taxes.
