The regular meetings of the Borough Council shall convene on
the fourth Thursday of each month, provided it is not a date on which
federal, state and/or local government offices are directed to close,
at 6:30 p.m. at 1611 Main Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The compensation to be paid to members of the Borough Council
shall be $125 per month, provided no compensation shall be paid in
any month to any member who has failed to attend at least one regular
meeting of the Borough Council during the month.

Council hereby determines that the compensation to be paid to
the President of Council for services rendered shall be fixed at $125
per month.

Commencing on January 1, 1996, all ordinances and resolutions
enacted by Council for the Borough of Sharpsburg shall be numbered
consecutively by calendar year.
