§ 27-901 Building permits.

§ 27-902 Occupancy permits.

Occupancy permit information regarding application, review and issuance is available from the Borough.

§ 27-903 Temporary use permit.

1. The purpose of a temporary use permit is to ensure compatibility of the temporary use with surrounding lots.

2. A temporary use permit application is available from the Zoning Officer.

3. Areas to be reviewed as part of the permit process may include, but not be limited to, traffic circulation, parking, public conveniences, signs and any other special operating characteristics.

§ 27-904 Zoning certificate.

1. A zoning certificate is required prior to the establishment, change or alteration of any use, or the construction, enlargement, expansion or alteration of any structure.

2. A zoning certificate application is available from the Zoning Officer.
