No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the following described streets or parts of streets. "Odd" shall refer to the side of the street with odd-numbered houses and "Even" shall refer to the side of the street with even-numbered houses:

2. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park a vehicle at the following locations:
A. 
Within an intersection.
B. 
On a crosswalk.
C. 
Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when stopping, standing or parking would obstruct traffic.
D. 
Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
E. 
In front of a public or private driveway.
F. 
At any place where official signs prohibit parking.
3. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of up to $15 and costs.

The Borough Council, shall have the power to restrict and regulate the parking of motor vehicles on public property or private property, at the request of the owner, in established handicapped parking areas where signs have been posted indicating the reserved parking for handicapped only.
2. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle of any type in a posted Handicapped area unless bearing a handicapped or severely disabled veteran registration plate or placard.
3. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200.

The Borough Council, upon recommendation of the Fire Chief or Chief of Police, shall have the power to restrict and regulate parking of motor vehicles on all parking lots, and parking areas adjacent to any building held open for public use for the purpose of providing egress of occupants and ingress of firefighting equipment in the event of fire. The Borough Council shall, by resolution, have the power to create fire zones and fire lanes or to accept areas so designated by the owner of the private property which is devoted to at least in part to public use.
2. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park a motor vehicle of any type whatsoever in any area adjacent to any building which is held open for public use whenever such area has been designated a fire zone or fire lane and official signs thus notifying the public have been erected or accepted by resolution of the Borough Council.
3. 
Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $25 and costs.

The Police officer reporting the violation shall attach to or place upon every vehicle found to be in violation of this Part a notice stating that the vehicle was parked illegally. The notice shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that he or she will report to Borough Office and pay the sum of $25 within 48 hours after the time of the notice, or if he or she will place the sum of $25 in an envelope and mail it to the Borough office within 48 hours, that act will save the violator from prosecution and from payment of the fine and costs prescribed under Part 4.
