A.
The smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes
or the use of other tobacco products shall be unlawful and prohibited
at any public meeting of the Board of Aldermen, Planning and Zoning
Commission, Park Board, Board of Adjustment, Industrial Development
and further boards in the future. This prohibition also pertains to
City vehicles and buildings. There will be a designated area in each
department provided for those who wish to use tobacco products. Each
department head shall designate the area or vehicle where tobacco
use will be permitted.
B.
The Director of Public Works is hereby
instructed to post appropriate signs in the appropriate meeting facilities
and vehicles of the City of Gallatin.
