A. 
The City Clerk shall be designated the "Americans With Disabilities Act Coordinator."
B. 
The Americans With Disabilities Act Coordinator's responsibilities shall include maintaining the City's compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, coordinating all Americans With Disabilities Act responsibilities within the City and investigating complaints by the public.
C. 
The City of Gallatin's grievance procedure is on file in the City Clerk's office.
