No person, firm or corporation shall throw, dump, deposit or
place or cause to be thrown, dumped, deposited or placed upon any
public roadway, or within the limits of the public right-of-way of
a public roadway or right-of-way, any refuse, trash, garbage, rubbish,
litter and/or offensive material, except at the Town of Tusten transfer
station.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
chapter shall be guilty of an offense and shall, upon conviction thereof,
be subject to a fine not to exceed $250, imprisonment for not more
than 15 days, or both.
