No telecommunications facility shall be sited, located, constructed,
erected or modified without the issuance of a building permit and
such other permits or approvals as are prescribed in this chapter.
A "co-located/existing structure antenna" is any antenna that
will be mounted to an existing telecommunications tower, smokestack,
water tower or other existing structure, and extends no more than
10 feet above the existing structure and is no more than one inch
in diameter if a rod or pole antenna and no more than 28 inches in
diameter if a dish antenna.
