At the Annual Town Meeting held on May 17, 2010, under Article 36 it was voted: That the codification of Bylaws of Town of Easton shall be engrossed and maintained in the order in which they are passed by the Office of the Town Clerk in a book of records and electronically, on file with the Office of the Town Clerk and said codification shall contain the renumbering, recaptioning and repositioning of the present by-laws with no substantive changes. Such codification of the bylaws, along with the rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Health, Zoning Board of Appeals, Planning and Zoning Board, Select Board[2] and Conservation Commission, or any other board or department whose regulations appear in said codification, shall be known as the "Code of the Town of Easton."
