"A" through "G" appended hereto are part of these Rules and Regulations.[1] These forms shall be completed as appropriate and submitted with appropriate plans, fees, and deposits to the board. Appendix A is intended as typical or illustrative standards to be utilized to the extent consistent with the requirements of these Rules and Regulations and with the requirements of the Board relative to each specific plan or subdivision.[2]
