Chapter 47, Parks and Parkways, of the Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, Code of Ordinances, as amended from time to time, shall apply in all Village parks and is adopted by reference and incorporated in this chapter as though set forth in full herein, exclusive of any provisions therein related to the penalties to be imposed for violations of said chapter, any provisions therein pertaining only to a specifically named park and/or property located outside of the Village, and provisions inconsistent with the specific provisions of this chapter. For the purpose of administration and enforcement of Chapter 47 in Village parks, references in Chapter 47 to the County Board and the County Park Commission shall be construed to mean the Village Board or its designee, and violations shall be subject to the penalties in § 312-3 of this chapter.

No person shall climb any tree, or pluck any flowers or fruit, wild or cultivated, or break, cut down, trample upon, remove, or in any manner injure or deface, write upon, defile, or ill use any tree, shrub, flower, flower bed, turf, fountain, ornament, statue, building, fence, apparatus, bench, table, official notice, sign, bridge, structure, or other property within any park or parkway, unless authorized by the Village Board.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty as provided in § 1-4 of this Code.
