The regulations of this Part have been fully reviewed, studied, approved and found necessary by an engineering and traffic investigation by the Township Engineer. All regulations herein are established by authority of the law and the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code. All devices and signs used hereunder shall be of a type and installed in a manner approved by law and said code.
