Township of Lower Mount Bethel, PA Part 6 TAX COLLECTOR SERVICE FEES

§ 24-601 Return Check Fee.

Lower Mount Bethel Township hereby authorizes the Township Tax Collector's Office to impose a fee in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, per check being returned for insufficient funds commencing five days after the effective date of this Part.

§ 24-602 Service Fee Regarding Tax Certification.

Lower Mount Bethel Township hereby authorizes the Township Tax Collector's Office to impose a service fee in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, to be assessed to each person, firm or corporation requesting a certification as to the payment status of real estate taxes from the Lower Mount Bethel Township Tax Collector's Office.

§ 24-603 Service Fee for Duplicate Original Tax Bill.

1. Lower Mount Bethel Township hereby authorizes the Township Tax Collector's Office to impose a service fee in an amount as established, from time to time, by resolution of the Board of Supervisors, to be assessed to each person, firm or corporation requesting a duplicate original tax bill.
