- Code Amendments - Food Processing Facility

On March 12, 2018 the Saco City Council approved amendments to the Saco Zoning Ordinance. These amendments become effective on April 12, 2018.
Food Processing Facility Definition added to §230-302 and inclusion of the definition to:
- § 230-410.6 MU-3 Planned Mixed-Use District;
- § 230-410.19 I-1 Industrial Park District;
- § 230-410.20 I-2 Industrial Business District;
- § 230-410.21 I-3 Light Industrial-Business Park District;
