As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
The Village of Vicksburg Farmers Market.

A public market, to be known as the "Village of Vicksburg Farmers Market," is established by the Village and shall be located within the public portion of the property commonly known as the Village Market Place.
The Market shall be maintained under the direction of the Village Manager, who may delegate such duties to another individual or advisory committee as may be approved by the Village Council.
The Village Manager may propose rules and regulations for the conduct of the Market. Any such rules or regulations shall become effective when approved by the Village Council. Copies of such rules and regulations shall be made available at the Village offices.
