A. It shall be the duty of the Code Enforcement Officer and City Clerk to see that the provisions of this Chapter and of other ordinances of this City relating to the sale of intoxicating liquor are obeyed and to report to the City Clerk who shall inform the Board of Aldermen, in writing, of any place which is not kept in an orderly manner or in violation of any of the provisions hereof. 600.210.)
B. Upon submittal of renewal license application, the City Clerk will
review the file for any complaints about each liquor licensed establishment;
renewal applications are then to be sent to the Board of Aldermen
for approval.

Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and shall be punishable as set forth in Section
100.220 of this Code.

of the City Clerk.
