§ 7-101.1 Authority.

This chapter is enacted under the grant of powers contained in the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.[1]

§ 7-101.2 Title.

This chapter shall be known as the "Planning and Zoning Code of the City of Harrisburg."
